PRINCESSLAND er, I mean Disneyland

So the trip to California was a smashing success (or so I'm told).

There were no problems on the airplanes - Grace was fully entertained every minute in the air; both Uncle Danny's and Uncle Jimmy's families were spectacular hosts (to whom we are very grateful and glad that we got to visit); and oh yeah, Disneyland was pretty cool.

They even managed to add an extra day onto the trip by missing their connection on the way home and enjoying an unexpected night in funfilled Milwaukee. :)

Prepare for picture overload . . . .

A New Year, A New Decade

I know I'm a little late, but HAPPY NEW YEAR!

So, nothing very exciting has happened yet this year. Recently we had our first real snow of the winter here, so I have some cute arctic pictures to share, but . . . . not much else.

Lincoln's first taste of hot chocolate and marshmallows - loved it!

Grace's Snow Christmas Tree

Grace and Daddy and Grandma Peggy are headed to California next week (to visit some of Tony's uncles and maybe see Disneyland), so there should be some exciting blog-fodder soon.

Other things to look forward to (if we're lucky):
1. Lincoln walking
2. Grace using the potty
3. Bengals winning the Superbowl
4. Romantic tropical getaway for Mommy and Daddy - a girl can dream, right?

Feliz Navidad

Well, as quick as a wink, Christmas day has come and gone. Of course, we had a great celebration with our families and of course there are lots of pictures. Not all of them are from Christmas Eve/Day, but they are all full of Christmas spirit. So enjoy!

Side note: I will not be adding captions because there are WAY too many pictures to explain each one, but if you require more information about any one shot, let me know and I'd be happy to oblige.

The Day We Thought Would Never Come

Grace finally spoke to Santa - she told him loud and clear she wanted some "princess stuff" and "a scooter" for Christmas. She would only speak to him from a distance of about 3 feet, but that's more than we've accomplished before. Mommy and Grace cheesed for a picture and she gave him a high five - Mission Accomplished!! (oh yeah, and we rode the Christmas Express)

And . . . just cuz he's so stinking cute, here's Bubba looking . . . well, ADORABLE.

I probably won't post again until after the big day, so have a Merry Christmas! and God Bless Us, Everyone.
