The whole family got into the activity of building the new patio awning. Thanks to Grandpa, Papa and all the uncles who helped out. We're looking forward to putting it to good use as the weather gets nicer. Stop over and check it out . . .

It begins --

Grace decided on Friday night that she was ready to start using the potty. So - to spare you the details - she's been wearing her tiara and sitting on her royal throne with some success. A lot of the credit for this giant leap toward big-girl-hood goes to Grandma Peggy (who was babysitting at the time of Grace's poop proclamation).

So, keep your fingers crossed that this transition is quick and smooth - cuz Grace is dying to wear her Princess undies as soon as possible.
