I AM 1 TODAY!!!

and I have a birthday cold :(

The big birthday bash isn't until Saturday, but we're going out for ice cream tonight as a special treat (yumm, Graeter's).

The kids and I were in a car accident this evening - totally my stupid fault. And, of all people, I crashed into a girl I know.
Everybody is fine, but we'll see if the Malibu survives. Both cars had to be towed away - not a good sign.
So, that's it; now you know.

(This might be my most depressing post ever, but thank goodness we're all ok)

Grace is Getting Married

or so she thinks :)
Aunt Katie is getting married in October and has asked Grace to be her flower girl. So over the weekend we went shopping for Grace's wedding dress . . .

You can also see a dress for a baby doll that comes with the dress for the flower girl. Cute huh?
